Cancellations & Rescheduling
- To cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice by emailing contact@tommykavounidis.com.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full lesson rate.
- If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
Payments & Fees
- Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Paypal, or Venmo.
- Lesson fees are based on the scheduled time; no adjustments will be made if a student arrives late.
- If the teacher is late, the time will be made up by extending the lesson.
Studio Holidays
The studio will be closed for lessons on the following dates:
- December 24th - January 1st
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- The weekend immediately following Thanksgiving
- Other dates as may be announced.
Lesson Recordings & Copyright
- Lessons may be recorded for promotional and instructional purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish for your likeness to be used.
- All provided course materials are copyrighted and for the student's individual use only. Unauthorized distribution is not permitted.
